The Belts
Are Coming
Fighter Club gave us the mindset. Phase II gives it a uniform.
The Belt Program turns each letter of FIGHTER into something you can earn, wear, and stack. Seven belts. One ceremony. One Black Belt at the end of the road.
The Concept
Every value gets a belt. Every belt gets earned. Not assigned. Not bought. Earned through visible, repeated demonstration of the value it represents.
"Stack them and stay clean. That's how you build dirty."
Belts hang on the floor until they find an owner. They get presented in person, called out by name, and held up by peers. Once issued, they travel with the Fighter who earned them. Visible at the desk. Visible on the bulletin. Visible in the system.
The Seven Belts
Black Belt Fighter
Collect all seven, wear all seven, become a Black Belt Fighter. Permanent placement on the wall. The full programming, made visible. Anybody can wear the brand. Black Belts run it.
How It Works
Peer Nomination
Belts are nominated from inside the room, not handed down from the top. If you saw a teammate live the value, you put their name in. Leadership ratifies. Nobody self-nominates.
Quarterly Ceremony
Belts get presented in person, with the story behind the issue read out loud. The moment matters as much as the object. No drive-by recognition. No Slack-only awards.
Visible Programming
Belts hang on the floor until earned. Every Fighter can see the field. Every belt earned moves from the wall to a person. The programming becomes a scoreboard you can read across the room.
Black Belt Wall
Fighters who complete the set get a permanent spot on the Black Belt Wall. Photo. Number. Date earned. The legacy layer of the program. The proof the system works.
